That's right, you heard me!  Put a lid on it. Did you know that putting a lid on a pot of water, soup, sauce, etc.  actually helps it come to a boil faster?  It's true.  Just think about it... heat rises, right?  And pressure decreases the amount of heat needed to boil something... So putting a lid on that liquid you are trying to bring to the boil makes it all happen faster and easier.   Just another great tip from us here at FastAndEasy-Recipes.com

Here's a wonderful healthy chicken recipe for you to enjoy.  Not only is it a healthy chicken recipe, but it qualifies as a Super Food Friendly dish, as the broccoli pushes it into that realm, not to mention the extra virgin olive oil!   2 large chicken breasts, skinned and cubed 1 lb. piccolini (tiny penne) pasta 1 bunch fresh broccoli florets, broken into small pieces 2/3 cup Greek olives, pitted and sliced 1/4 cup capers, drained 3/4 cup extra virgin olive oil 3/4 cup lemon juice 2 garlic cloves, minced or grated 1 tsp dried oregano In a large saute pan, cook the chicken breasts in about 1 Tbsp of olive oil.  Set aside.
