30 Minute Meals – Ceviche de Mango Y Cilantro
Ceviche de Mango Y Cilantro
What you need:
1 ripe large mango, peeled and diced
½ red onion, sliced thinly
Lime juice from 2 limes
1 T. cilantro, chopped
Salt and pepper to taste
1 small jalapeno pepper or red chili, seeds removed and diced (optional)
What you need to do:
1. Mix the mango, onion, lime juice and cilantro in a bowl.
2. Season with salt and pepper.
3. Put in a champagne glass topped with diced jalapeno or red chili. Serve.
