Easy Mac and Cheese Prep Time: 15 minutes Cook Time: 15 minutes Serves: 8 What you need: 150 grams macaroni or ziti cooked according to package instructions 3 cups cheese spread 1 cup milk What you need to do: 1.    In a saucepan, combine the milk and cheese spread and whisk until well combined. Herb and Tomato Cream Soup What you need: Butter Fresh herbs of your choice (basil, oregano, parsley, thyme, etc.) 2 c. water 1 pack of tomato sauce ½ c. heavy cream Pinch of nutmeg What you need to do: 1.   Melt butter in a pan over medium heat and add in the fresh herbs. 2.   Pour the water, tomato sauce, cream and nutmeg. 3.   Simmer the mixture for 5 minutes. 4.   Serve hot in soup bowls together with your favorite bread and cheese.
