Apples.  Gotta love 'em.  Afterall, they keep the doctor away. I was messing around with my pressure cooker the other day and decided to steam some apples in the steaming basket of the pressure cooker. I sliced two apples in half, removed the cores with my melon baller, and put then in the pressure cooker.  After bringing the pressure cooker up to pressure, I cooked them for 20 minutes. As the summer heats up, it's time to find some groovy ways to cool down. One of my favorites is having a nice, ice cold glass of lemonade.  There's nothing quite like a nice, tall glass of homemade lemonade.  It's really really simple, and something that you can even involve the kids in making... but it's all squirty so be prepared for a mess.
