Sesame Noodle Soup (Serves 6)

What you need:
2 cups shredded, cooked chicken
2 tbsp. olive oil
250g dried noodles
2 cups chicken broth
2 cups water
½ cup soy sauce
2 tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. ginger, finely chopped
2 tbsp. sesame seed

This noodle soup is an ideal remedy to a cold, winter night.

What you need to do:
Mix water and chicken broth in a bowl; soak the dried noodles in this liquid. Combine soy sauce, salt, sugar, and ginger. Toast sesame seeds in a heated frying pan.

In another pan, drizzle olive oil and put in your chicken. When the chicken is halfway done, add in the soy sauce combination. Allow the setup to simmer for 10 minutes before pouring it over the noodle soup. Stir in the toasted sesame seeds.
