Crazy Simple Salmon Wasabi Pasta
This afternoon my sister was here and I decided to whip up a pasta dish.
We didn’t want anything really too elaborate, so I came up with this Crazy Simple Salmon Wasabi Pasta.
What you’ll need:
2 Tbsp per bowl of pasta of Salmon Flakes (“Shake Flakes” – a Japanese food that you put over rice… basically it’s just shredded cooked salmon)
(You could substitute canned salmon, or fresh salmon you sautee) 2 Tbsp mayonnaise per bowl
1 Tsp wasabi paste (I used the stuff in a tube for this dish)
100g PRE COOKED WEIGHT pasta (I used ballerine noodles for this).
2 Tbsp butter or olive oil
Salt, Pepper to taste
What you’ll need to do:
Boil up your pasta.
As the pasta is draining melt butter or add olive oil to the pot you boiled it in, then put pasta back in. Mix with oil or butter, salt and pepper. Put pasta in large pasta bowls (large enough to be able to mix up your salmon, mayo, and wasabi).
Add salmon, wasabi, and mayo to pasta. Give it a good mix and serve!
Presto bango, you’ve got an awesome little lunch.
