Grilled Herbed Chicken
Chicken Breast without the skin on is by far the healthiest part of the chicken. The yogurt dressing makes this dish more appetizing. You can also serve this with mixed green salad.
Prep Time: 30 minutes
Cook Time: 15 minutes
What you need:
1 pound chicken breast, cut into strips
1 teaspoon dried thyme
1 teaspoon dried rosemary
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon freshly ground pepper
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 tablespoon olive oil
For the dressing:
1 cup yogurt
Juice of 1 lemon
Salt and pepper to taste
Chopped parsley for garnish
What you need to do:
1. In a bowl, mix together the thyme, rosemary, salt, pepper, Worcestershire sauce and olive oil.
2. Marinade the chicken breast for 30 minutes and place the chicken on metal or bamboo skewers.
3. Grill on preheated griller for 5 minutes each side or until soft and tender.
4. Make the dressing by whisking together the yogurt, lemon, salt and pepper. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve with the grilled chicken.
